Our Service: |

We "Metropolitan Taxis " reserve the right
to alter, change the terms & conditions of our services stated here
at any time, Registered Customers will be notified by email. |

Metropolitan Taxis
is not responsible for any delays on the road caused by traffic or
accidents that would result in the customer been late, and Metropolitan Taxis will
not be held liable for any losses occurred as a result. |

Metropolitan Taxis
will not consider a reservation accepted unless the customer has obtained
a UNIQUE BOOKING REFERENCE generated online from our website, or by
phone from our operators. |
| |
The
customer must notify Metropolitan Taxis by email for any changes or alteration made
to his/her booking made online. |
| |
Metropolitan Taxis
drivers have no legal obligations to carry the customer luggage, and
Metropolitan Taxis driver may refuse to load a piece of luggage that is over 30kg
on to his car. |
| |
Babies
and Children do count as passengers for insurance and legal purposes. |
| |
It
is the customer responsibility to find our driver at the airport,
normally our drivers will wait at the Airport Information Desk with
our company greeting board with the customer name printed on it, customers
having problem finding our driver should call our office immediately,
and should not leave the airport without our consent. |

When you get to Arrival Lounge our driver will be waiting for you at the Airport Information Desk with your name on our company board or even if you like your company logo to appear on our board. ( N.B. Our driver will only enter the terminal 30 minutes after the flight has landed ) |

We
will provide contracted vehicle or subcontracted vehicle occasionally. |

Our Prices: |
| |
Baby car seat are available on request, a charge of £5 for each baby
car seat required will be added to the total fare. |
| |
Taxi Drivers are exempt from having Carr Baby or Child Seat, but it is safer and more secure to order one specialy for Babies |
| |
A
valid credit or debit card is required to make a booking even when
fare's paid by cash. |
| |
Full
fare will be charged in case of customer not arriving at airport,
or not found at the pick up address stated in the booking form, and
will be charged from credit/debit card provided. |
| |
If
a cancellation made 2 hours before booking time, the full fare will
be charged from the credit/debit card given when booking is made. |
| |
If
cancelled 2 to 6 hours before the scheduled time, a £20 surcharge
will apply and charged from the debit/credit card provided. |
| |
A
six hours minimum cancellation notice is required to avoid been charged. |
| |
All
cheques are accepted with cheque guarantee card and cheques via post
should be received 7 days prior to the date of journey. |
| |
Waiting
time are charged at £25 per hour, customers are meant to be
ready at the scheduled time, we will start charging you waiting time
5 minutes after the pick up scheduled time, waiting time do not apply
to airport pick ups. |

Fares
and quotes given are for journeys going directly from the meeting
point to the destination address, any stoppages on the way will be
charged at £5 each stop, and if diverted you will be charged according
to the length of the diversion (we normally charge £2 per mile minimum
of £7). |

Registerd Customers: |

All information we hold about you will be kept confidential and are securely stored |
| |
Registered Customers will have priority over customers who are not yet Register. |
| |
No need to pay up front when making a booking, You have the choice to pay Cash or Credit Card at Meeting Point, 10% Off when you choose to pay cash at Meeting Point |
| |
If no payment is received by the Driver at the Meeting Point from a Registered Customer, the total Fare will debited from your Credit Card provided |
| |
You can print a receipt at any time by Loging in to your account and select from View all Booking, our centre will normaly ask you to do that if you ask for a receipt |
| |
You will be notified by email if any of our Terms & Conditions have changed and also if the charge of your usual Journey had also changed. |
